A difficult decision

Facing an important decision, the hardest part is often not the absence of an answer — it is becoming lost in the circular "is this the right choice?" mode of thought. A change of work, a question about a relationship, a shift in life direction.

Psychological consultation is not a place where someone else decides for you — it is a place where what each option means, and what truly matters, can be thought through with care. Sometimes that takes one or two sessions, sometimes a longer process.

What this looks like in practice

At the initial consultation (70 minutes) we build up the context of the decision together: what the options are, what is at stake, and what currently makes the decision difficult. I do not advise "do this" — we make room for clarification.

How it continues is up to you. Some decisions take only a few sessions; for others a longer process becomes meaningful.
