How the work unfolds

The work is informed by psychodynamic and object-relational thinking, by humanistic-existential sensibility, and held within a systemic frame. The online space here is the same as the face-to-face one: protected, with clear boundaries, and present with you.

What people tend to come with

If yours is not among them, that is not a problem; on the contact form anything that occupies you can be put into words.

How does it work?

Three simple steps, from the first message to the first meeting.

  1. Step 1: You write

A sentence or two on the form is enough to explain what brings you here. There is no need to be detailed; clinical particulars are kept for the conversation itself.

  2. Step 2: A reply arrives

A response usually arrives within two working days, and a time for the first meeting is arranged.

  3. Step 3: We meet

At the initial consultation (70 minutes, online) we look together at what you need and whether this is the right place to find it.

Ready for the first step?

Please feel free to write, even if you are not yet sure exactly what you need. A reply usually arrives within two working days.
