Feeling stuck in life
At certain points in life it can feel as if something has come to a halt. A turning, or an inner movement, has stalled — moving forward is hard, and naming exactly what holds us back is even harder. This is not always an acute crisis; more often it is a prolonged "not-knowing" that is tiring and isolating in its own way.
In online psychological counselling there is room to look together at what might lie behind this — and at what could help a sense of movement to return.
What this looks like in practice
At the initial consultation (70 minutes) we map together the present situation, what makes it hard to move, and how I might be of help. Quick cures are not on offer — we make room for the process.
Continuing work tends to take the form of individual sessions. The pace and the focus are yours; my role is to stand alongside and to hold the space.
Let's talk about it
At the initial consultation we look together at where you are in the process, and whether this is the right place to find help.
